Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year experience in a similar position in a fine dining restaurant,
• Customer service mentality and guest satisfaction driven,
• A complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar,
• Ability to keep track of stock and submit orders,
• Working knowledge of POS systems (ideally Micros),
• A love for coffee and excellent coffee-making skills,
• Ability to maintain workstation aligned to Hotel’s cleaning & Hygiene standards,
• Ability to comply to health and safety regulations,
• High levels of energy & diligence,
• A keen eye for detail,
• Flexibility, reliability & a spirit of cooperation,
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
